First State Pediatrics was formed in 2010 by Dr. Murphy and Dr. Leach at the Newark office and by Dr. Chang, Dr. Healy Scarpaci and Dr. Olivieri at the Hockessin office after the doctors departed from working for CHOP. Since 2010 our five physicians have continually collaborated and worked as a team to provide state of the art but traditionally personal and thorough pediatric care to our thousands of beloved pediatric patients.
